Information, not advice
What we publish here about roles, salaries, employment law, Switzerland and the running of a household is general information, written to help households and candidates know what to expect. It is not legal, tax or immigration advice, and it may not apply to your circumstances. Salaries and figures are given as at the date of the page or journal entry on which they appear.
Positions listed on the site are described without naming the household, and may be filled or withdrawn at any time. A listing is not an offer of employment.
The Register
The Register is for the households we act for and the staff we have placed. Each person who may use it is given a Register number and a passphrase, and may use them only for their own account. You must not use anyone else’s number or passphrase, or try to see any part of the Register that is not yours. If you think someone else knows your passphrase, tell us and we will change it.
Using the site
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own use. You may not copy our text, drawings, the larch sprig or the name Larchcombe for use elsewhere, or use them in a way that suggests a connection with us, without our written permission. You must not try to gain access to the site’s systems, interfere with its working, or use automated means to copy it.
Forms and what you send us
The forms on this site do not send anything to us; they ask you to email us instead. Anything you send us by email is used as our privacy notice and candidate privacy notice describe. Please do not send identity documents or references by email until a consultant has asked for them.
Our name
We publish positions only on this site and through our own consultants. If you are offered a position in our name in any other way, please read our notice on recruitment fraud.
Liability
We take care over what we publish, but the site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it is complete, accurate or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or our obligations to households under our terms of business.

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for what is on it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Washington, and any dispute about them will be decided by the courts sitting in King County, Washington. We may change these terms by publishing a new version here; the version in force when you use the site applies.
