How to apply
Five steps, usually three or four weeks, and no fee at any of them.
The steps
- Send us your details, using the form below or by email to candidates@larchcombe.com, with a résumé that accounts for every year of the past ten.
- A telephone call with a consultant, usually within a week, to talk about what you are looking for.
- An interview at Tarrant Place, in person, of about an hour. Bring your passport or other proof of identity and of your right to work, and any certificates. Dress as you would for a household.
- References and vetting. We telephone at least two of your former employers and our vetting team completes its checks, with your written consent. This takes one to three weeks.
- You join our register, and we begin to put you forward for positions that suit you.
We cannot interview everyone who writes to us. If we do not have positions that suit your experience, we will tell you so, and we will keep your details for a year, as our candidate privacy notice explains.
